The YOUTH GOLF CLASSIC provides our community youth the opportunity to participate in a 6 hole team scramble golf event before the main Celebrity Charity Classic Golf tournament.
Kids age 7 through 14 can sign up at Turtleback Golf Course to participate on an assigned three-person team. Celebrities will be at each hole to meet and greet the youth players, all followed by a special luncheon at the clubhouse. SPONSORS HAVE PROVIDED THIS FREE EVENT TO YOUTH! Liability & Publicity Release: I understand that participating in this event is potentially hazardous activity, and that I am medically able and properly trained. I hereby waive and dismiss all claims for damage and personal injury I may incur while traveling to or from the event, during the event or while on the premise of the event. I assume all risks associated with the event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather including high heat, humidity and rain, conditions of the roadway, trails and traffic, all such risks being known by me. I hereby release the event organizers, Rice Lake Celebrity Charity Classic, Turtleback, sponsors, and any volunteers of liability for any and all injury, illness, or loss which may direct or indirectly result from my participation in this event. This wavier shall be binding on my heirs, legates, administrators and assignees. I have read the Information document and agree to the rules as stated. I grant Rice Lake Celebrity Charity Classic and it’s sponsors the exclusive right to the free use of my name, my voice and/or picture in any broadcast, promotion, or account of the event.
